I decided to add some more colour and detail to the drawing today. I worked on the drawing for about 3 hours this morning. The previous drawing was not getting across the idea that there were sunlight coming through the forest. Sometimes for me it’s a hard decision to do a sketch or do a full blown drawing with a lot of detail. I really like the subject matter of this drawing so decided to continue to work on it until I was satisfied.
I stop working at this trying last night and I thought it was complete. As you can see this drawing appears really washed out compared to the finished drawing above.
